Directions to Trailhead: In Canyonlands National Park (in the Islands in the Sky District, off of Utah 313), take the main road 6 miles to the Mesa Arch parking area. Trail Description: This trail is a loop hike that takes you to Mesa Arch, a arch found on a cliff overlooking Canyonlands. This hike is best done in the morning, as the rising sun pokes through the arch. Beautiful panoramic views of the canyons, but sheer drop-offs to be found at the arch. Return the way you came. |
