From Fountain Hills, take SR 87 north towards Payson.  Turn left onto the Mount Peeley turnoff (Sycamore Creek), which is opposite the turnoff for Mount Ord.  Turn right onto FR 201 and follow that about six miles, until the road dead-ends at the Mount Peeley Trailhead.
