Hydration SystemsCamelbak Blowfish: This hydration system comes with a 100-ounce water bladder and plenty of storage space for your gear (lunch, GPS & maps, first aid kit, emergency rain ponchos, jacket) - it even has a loop to hold your car keys. Zippered-pouches are expandable, for even more storage space (for those longer excursions). The bite valve has a switch that keeps the tube from leaking. We have not found anything that we don't like about this pack. Camelbak M.U.L.E.: This hydration system, like the Blowfish, comes with a 100-ounce water bladder and plenty of storage space for your stuff. Not all of the pouches are zippered, but they are expandable. The bite valve also has a lock to prevent leaks - I really like this feature! I haven't found anything about this pack that I don't like! Camelbak Skeeter: This hydration system was designed for children between the ages of 5-12 years old. It comes with a 35-ounce water bladder and is light enough for your youngster to carry (when full, it weighs 2.8 pounds). Although Camelbak warns that this product is not for use by children under 5, as the bite valve can come loose and become a choking hazard, our four year-old has used this pack without an issue for the past year. We do, however, end up carrying it for her when she gets tired. One downside of this product is that it does not have storage space to hold toys...so, yes, we end up carrying those, too!
